What I did: Keranique came to me and my team to enhance performance of their current purchase flow. With drop off’s high after the first page, the clients were eager to solve the problem.

Unique to most e-commerce, Keranique drives search customers directly to the cart rather than educating the customer on the product.


As I thought through the customer’s mindset, it was vividly clear that a product page was needed. Customers required education on what they were getting, how this would help them to break barriers on any doubt.


Once customers felt confident in their choice, it was important for the cart to continue that momentum. Getting the process down to as little of steps as possible and reinforcing value.

This flow not only beat the control by 58% but is the standing leader 6 months later. The buy-flow brought in a 11% lift in conversion.
