What I did: Rula was experiencing solid growth and needed to meet patient demand with more licensed Providers (on an ongoing basis). I lead a team to test direct mail as an effective and scalable channel that drive additional providers into Rula’s network. We created two formats for 3 different audiences.
Instead of focusing the test on formats, we focus on current work context and career stage
About 82% of provider base are female,
1-3 years into their career post full-licensure
